Annabelle & Fardad – Cotignac
A wedding in provence for Annabelle and Fardad : she is the French touch in Central Park, he is Iranian but created his company in New York and San Francisco. Together they form a nice couple who dream of a beautiful wedding in the south of France. Their wish is to bring the two cultures for an unforgettable day in Provence in the middle of the lavender fields and olive groves.
The planning : 14 months – 18 vendors
After several meetings and a very good feeling, they decided that I will be the wedding planner of their French-Iranian marriage. One year and one goal : make them discover the south of France, its atmosphere, its cooking, its colors, its wine because all the guests came from Japan, the US, Iran, Britain…
The wedding : august, 2012
The french venue : le château de Robernier, a truly unique fairytale castle, set in a beautiful landscape in Provence. With its two towers it seems to be the castle of Sleeping Beauty. His olive fields and his breathtaking view of the green Provence sublimate the main terrace. Enjoy with your guests of its lounges, its huge marble lobby, its magnificent ballroom, and finally discover its courtyard where you can already imagine the atmosphere of a wedding party. This is THE most romantic castle wedding in France.
The wedding will take three days so that the married couple really enjoy their trip. The day before, a small dinner organized by Ombelline expects the family on the Provençal village of Cotignac.
On the big day, Iran is in the spotlight with the fire’s theme ; and France make discover the flavors of Provence. A secular ceremony is held in the castle gardens in the shade of umbrellas. Music and songs from Orient greet the newlyweds…
