Pauline & Cédric – Montfort-sur-Argens
Pauline wanted to live a fairy tale on her wedding day. From Paris, she wanted a castle in the south of France (the groom’s family is originally from Draguignan) to marry Cedric.
The planning : 12 months – 14 vendors
For the planification, Pauline and Cedric turned to Ombelline. They wanted to entrust the organization of their marriage to a person with a lot of experience to ensure the success of their day. The bride and groom were more flexible on the wedding date, which counted was to find the ideal venue to accommodate their 180 guests.
We advised them the castle of Montfort-sur-Argens for a dinner under the stars in the courtyard and a beautiful ballroom for dancing. Built in the sixteenth century it is unique in Provence. Among vineyards and olive trees, the exceptional nature of this wedding venue pleased Cedric, wine lover.
No theme but a harmony of colors and floral creations for the occasion. Dress code requires : pink gold, nude and peach.
The wedding : July 2013
Hairdresser and makeup artist were moving on the place of the wedding, Pauline was able to live her dream and become our Grace Kelly for one day. Dressed by the designer Jesus Peiro, she was a gorgeous bride.
The religious ceremony took place in the chapel of Saint Ferreol on the heights of Lorgues. According to the wishes of the couple, it was traditional : in French and in Latin, with hymns sung by a choir.
On the terrace of the castle overlooking the surrounding vineyards, several buffets and culinary workshops were set up by the caterer for a cocktail party with music from a jazz band. The guests then arrived in the courtyard of the castle where a beautiful baroque mirror showed the seating plan. The meal took place around a large chandelier for a more intimate atmosphere…
